The Geru Rug is handwoven by a fifth-generation family of master craftsmen. They weave the Neel on an ancient loom that has been used in their family for hundreds of years. It is naturally dyed by the artisans using organic materials like tree bark, eucalyptus, and herbs. Each batch of organic dye is made separately and custom to ensure richness in colors. The complete process is done by hand, which means each piece is unique and one of a kind.
