Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
- Non-returnable: For hygiene reasons, bathrobes and certain personal accessories cannot be returned

- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
