The linen used to make this pillowcase has been dew retted. This is the most natural way to extract pectins (what is woven into linen) from the flax. It uses the least amount of water of all retting processes and is completely sustainable.

Hazel pillow cases are 100% linen, pre-washed for softness and to bring out the weight and tactile quality of the linen fiber. For this cross hatch weave the key is the mix of color and texture.

Gray is light to dark grays with a steely result
Brown is a mix of dry and warm brown for a natural tone
Mineral is a mix of bright blue/green with softer grays

Care: With mild detergent, machine wash on regular or delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low or medium – do not over dry. Avoid dryer sheets, fabric softeners and bleach.
